THE VOODOO BEEF CIABATTA

Beef brisket rubbed down in our house made Voodoo Spice and slow smoked over cherry wood. Served thinly sliced and tossed in our spicy Voodoo BBQ sauce with spicy aioli and iceberg lettuce. Served in a toasted ciabatta with choice of side!
